Improved bundle analysis UI

The bundle analysis UI was improved to make it quicker to understand the changes and easier to navigate between the sections:

1. Find metrics faster: metrics are now grouped into Assets, Modules, and Packages sections, with a better grid layout.
2. Understand metric changes with the new metric changes legend.
3. Improved metric card info: the delta and delta percentage appear on their own line, the baseline appears on its own line, and file size metrics show the absolute change when there is room for it.
4. Easier navigation:
   • In the Totals, Assets, Modules, and Packages tables, clicking anywhere on a row now opens the corresponding section.
   • Keyboard navigation for filters
5. Improved color scheme

Improved bundle analysis review

See which rules failed at a glance with grouped rule results. Job reviews now sort rule conditions into Failed and Passed groups. Columns follow a new, more logical order: Status, Condition, Result, Op., Threshold.

Others

1. Scan job details more easily with the redesigned job header and improved job list card.
2. Monorepo support is no longer in beta.
3. GitHub Check conclusion conditions are now deprecated, and projects that still use them see a guided warning.
